About Bakers Real Estate
Feroz Baker, CEO, started in the retail industry at the early age of 16. Like a true entrepreneur, not content with remaining in that industry, he joined his wife Athieya at Streetwise Properties which later became known as Fine & Country in 2003.
Together they were a force to be reckoned with in the real estate market winning numerous global awards for property sales and agents of the year.
After a brief return to the retail industry in Durban, Feroz returned to Pretoria in 2010 and joined Fine & Country once again.
Once again the entrepreneurial side of himself became apparent when he ventured into property development and invested in Eldo Meadows Security Estate in Centurion where he developed and sold his first home.
Bakers Real Estate commenced operation in May 2016 with four people. Today the staff complement has grown to sixteen and continues to expand as the need arises for more agents.
Feroz prides himself on excellent service, honesty and integrity and these are characteristics that are also present in Bakers Real Estate.
Feroz is a firm believer in establishing relationships with clients that are ongoing, he says it is important to listen to the client and understand what kind of property would suit each and every individual client, ensuring that they are 100% happy with the home that they have either bought or sold.
Regarding competition in the market, he sees this as a great opportunity for Bakers Real Estate to keep setting trends within the industry and beyond.
