Bakers Real Estate commenced operations in May 2016. Feroz Baker, CEO, has a track record of 15 years within the local property industry. His vision is to grow Bakers Real Estate to become a global player in the international real estate market.

Feroz Baker
CEO
Feroz Baker, started in the retail industry at the age of 16, so business is in his blood. Not content with remaining in that industry he joined his wife at Streetwise Properties which later became known as Fine & Country in 2003. Together they were a force in the real estate market wining numerous awards for property sales and agents of the year. After a brief return to the retail industry in Durban, Feroz returned to Pretoria in 2010 and joined Fine & Country once again. Not content with just being a property agent, he bought a stand in Eldo Meadows, developed and sold it and that is where his venture into property
development began.
Bakers Real Estate commenced operation in May 2016 and is going from strength to strength.
Feroz prides himself on good service, honesty and integrity and these are characteristics that are present in his business. To him one establishes a relationship with a client which is ongoing, he says it is important to listen to the client and he knows what property would suit which client to ensure that they are 100% happy with the home that they have either bought or sold.
Regarding competition in the market, he sees this as great for the company. Feroz ensures that everyone at Bakers Real Estate go the extra mile for their clients and this is extrapolated in the success of the business.

Rameeze Baker, a trendsetter in his own right, is passionate about ensuring that Bakers Real Estate becomes a leader in the property market. Driven by inspiration, he is positive minded, an extrovert who enjoys the finer things in life.
His task is to ensure things run smoothly in the office, getting the right exposure through the team at Bakers Real Estate and marketing the Bakers Real Estate brand through concentrated traditional and inbound marketing efforts.
Bakers Real Estate is quality driven and the 8 year plan is to make inroads into the global property market, big enough for the company to handle. To Rameeze and the rest of the team at Bakers Real Estate customer service is key, it is not only about doing deals but establishing relationships, maximising profits in projects that they are involved in but fair trade is a fundamental foundation.
Matching the right buyer or seller for a property is extremely important to Rameeze and the rest of the team at Bakers Real Estate. Rameeze sets goals for himself and achieves them, to him, his philosophy is “life is too short to waste time” and “if you think it you can believe it, close your eyes and see it and you can do it”.
